There is nothing better than an old fashion potluck, especially a tea infused one. I'm on the board of the Mid Atlantic Tea Business Association and we recently gathered together for our quarterly members meeting at Paint the Roses Tea House and Cafe (formally the Le Chardon Tearoom). As a special treat, we organized a tea infused potluck luncheon. I thought you might enjoy seeing all the delicious dishes we each prepared and shared for lunch.
Tea Infused Drinks
Everything from Chai Lattes to Darjeeling Sangria.
I hand stamped a teapot on index cards and we use them to label each dish. Before we broke bread together, each member introduced the dish they prepared.

If you're interested in any of the recipes shared in this post, you will be happy to know MATBA is in the process of creating a special recipe book which will include all the tea infused dishes from our recent luncheon. Stay tuned.............
I hope you've been inspired to use tea in your cooking adventures. Better yet, I would love to hear about some of the tea infused recipes you have made.
Blessings, Darlene
